The Cushion Factory is the cushion manufacturing and outdoor upholstery division of Casual Furniture World based in Winston Salem, NC.

Casual Furniture World has been in the outdoor and casual living business for over 28 years and is family owned and operated. Finding that we were unable to meet the needs of customers needing custom sized cushions and special requests the “The Cushion Factory” was born.

While more expensive, we utilize the highest quality outdoor fabrics and quick drying, mold and mildew resistant core materials to manufacture our cushions. Most of our cushions are sewn with a weather resistant ticking on the inside.
