Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Designing Your Cushion
All parts of your cushion will be designed as 2D parts. This allows us to maximize the yield on fabric and to ensure exacting precision. The foam for you cushions will be cut based off of these CAD designs ensuring the highest level of fit and finish.

Step 2: Cutting
Using your choice of one of our Sunbrella or Outdura fabrics, your fabric will be precisely cut on our Gerber CNC machine.
Triad Cushion is also glad to work with COM (Customer's Own Material)
Step 3: Sewing
Your cushions will be sewn, by hand, by one of our experienced seamstresses. Nearly all of our cushions are zippered for easy maintenance.
Step 4: Stuffing & Cleaning
Your cushion will be stuffed with the highest quality foam and fiber batting, all encased in our exclusive water-resistant ticking (liner). Our pneumatic stuffing machines do the brunt of the work before each cushion is finished, zippered and inspected by hand.
