Warranty

Triad Cushion Factory warranty is extended to the original purchaser in ordinary residential use. Triad Cushion Factory warrants that your cushions will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase with proper care by the purchaser.   
 
Foam, poly, and inner linings will be warranted for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase.

All fabrics carried by Triad Cushion are backed by a manufacturer's warranty of at least 5-years.   If there is a failure with the fabric itself, Triad Cushion will file a warranty claim on the original purchaser's behalf to have the exterior casings replaced by the fabric supplier. 
 
If your Triad Cushion Factory cushions fail due to workmanship or material degradation during the period of 5 years from the original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace them without charge.

This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. Mold and Mildew are not covered by this warranty.
 
This warranty does not cover normal, minimal, fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and all upholstery materials. All fabrics carried by Triad Cushion will feature a 5-year warranty against fading. 

The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when requesting service under this warranty. Triad Cushion Factory will not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from such as freight/shipping from defective products.

Commercial Warranty: For approved vendors and applications, Triad Cushion will warrant our cushion products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of delivery/installation.  

This commercial warranty does not cover normal, minimal, fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and all upholstery materials. All fabrics carried by Triad Cushion will feature a 5-year warranty against fading. 

*At the sole discretion of Triad Cushion, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective under our commercial warranty terms.  Shipping and/or any necessary freight costs will be the responsibility of the end-user.
